All orders are shipped via PTT air mail. All orders placed before 1:00 PM (central europe time) Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. If you order after 1:00 PM Friday, or on Saturday, Sunday, or a Holiday, your order will ship the following business day.

Once shipped, delivery times can vary depending on location. Delivery typically takes 4-7 business days and a signature is required upon delivery. If you have not received your item within 3 weeks from the date your product was confirmed  please notify us.

Lost Shipments:

All PTT air mail shipments will be considered lost if they have not arrived after 40 business days. Orders lost due to incomplete address information provided by the customer are the responsibility of the customer and are not eligible for a refund. Packages that are confirmed delivered by a delivery confirmation number are NOT eligible for a refund. Please make sure the shipping address you use for your order is to a safe and secure location.
