All orders are shipped via PTT. All orders placed before 1:00 PM (central europe time) Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. If you order after 1:00 PM Friday, or on Saturday, Sunday, or a Holiday, your order will ship the following business day.

Once shipped, delivery times can vary depending on location. Delivery typically takes 5-8 business days. If you have not received your item within 3 weeks from the date your product was confirmed  please notify us. If we should get your package because of an incorrect shipping address customer is liable for additional shipping charges after verification of the correct address.
